Homemade jams and syrups: lots of fruit, just the right amount of sugar and that's it!

Du Soleil en Bouteilles is a micro-enterprise based in Habère-Lullin, in the Vallée Verte region of Haute-Savoie.
At an altitude of 1000 meters, I concoct jams, syrups and chutneys, resulting in a range of products that varies with the seasons.
In fact, some of the fruit used in my recipes is wild-picked from around my home. Others come directly from my garden or that of my neighbors.
All other raw materials are carefully selected, taking into account their origin and production methods.
I cook them in small batches in a copper pot, to preserve the fruit's flavor and color, with just the right amount of sugar for optimal preservation. And that's all there is to it!
Please note that there are no stores on the production site.
