"Edible wild plants" walk and cookery lesson
Mountain guide and chef Patrick will take you on a walk to collect edible wild plants and use them as ingredients in his cookery lesson.
The morning is spent picking plants, the afternoon is spent designing the menu depending on the season and what you've picked then the evening is spent tasting the dishes. This mountain and cooking enthusiast will show you how to cook recipes old and new: soup, risotto, gratin, fish, floral salads and delectable desserts. A sample menu: nettle tart, "Bon Henri" spring rolls, red mullet fillet with bistort and dock, hogweed gratin, floral salad, sweet clover and pear confit, apple and dock tart.
