AN Rafting's team of state-qualified guides will take you down the Haute Isère, regarded as one of Europe's leading white-water rivers. We can propose different descents according to your level! Come and try hydrospeed for real thrills!
The Isère, regarded as one of the most beautiful rivers in the Alps, is the location for a hydrospeed descent. Hydrospeed, also called white-water swimming, is an outdoor sports activity where you swim down the river using a float and flippers to propel and steer you. With your float and a neoprene wetsuit reinforced at the elbows and knees, set off to discover the river Isère. If you love thrilling sensations, come and try white-water swimming! With your family, alone or in a group, this river offers a palette of thrills and unforgettable memories for all tastes and all ages!

Accessible to anyone aged 14 or over who can swim. You will have a state-qualified guide with you to ensure that your hydrospeed descent is quite safe. We supply all the technical equipment and the bus transport is included in the price. You will have access to changing rooms and showers. Remember to bring your swimming costume and a towel!
