The 5 warmly furnished rooms are decorated according to specific themes combining tradition, modernity and simplicity. Four of them have private balconies with views of the surrounding countryside. The restaurant is a place between a flour mill and a forge, a place where stone and wood dominate, a warm and relaxed place where the pleasure of contemplating nature is mixed with that of tasting.
Frédéric Molina claims a raw and delicate cuisine, sometimes a little wild, a true author's cuisine with the will to shake up the minds. The products are meticulously chosen to reveal a territory and can be expressed in all simplicity.
